The U13 squad of Philadelphia Union Academy had another double-game weekend that began with a friendly against Penn Fusion.
Penn Fusion found an advantage on the left flank in the first half and used it to take a 2-0 lead into the halftime break. U13 Head Coach Kleberson made offensive and defensive adjustments during the break and the Boys in Blue regained momentum.
The intensity and high press created chances for the U13 squad and created goals from Jamir Johnson and Gabriel Wesseh but a third goal would come for Penn Fusion who grabbed a 3-2 win in the exhibition on Saturday afternoon.
