Philadelphia Union had another Independence Blue Cross Achievement Unlocked in 2022, with the latest coming from homegrown defender Nathan Harriel on Wednesday night.
Coming on as a second half substitute, Harriel played until the final whistle and was rewarded with his first MLS goal in second half stoppage time. Taking a pass from Paxten Aaronson, Harriel fired a shot that was blocked by a handball. Instead of raising his hand for the foul, Harriel punched home the rebound to make it 4-1 and set more history for the Boys in Blue in 2022.
