After a standout performance on the road, Philadelphia Union goalkeeper Andre Blake has been named to the Major League Soccer Team of the Week!
The Jamaican international made eight saves in the nationally broadcast contest Sunday night at LAFC, the most stops the keeper has since April 2018.
The accolades didn't stop for the Boys in Blue as both Jakob Glesnes and Brenden Aaronson were named to the bench for team of the week. Glesnes in his second MLS start scored the early front runner for the 2020 MLS Goal of the Year with a blast from 40 yards out while Aaronson notched a goal and led the team in touches.
