It's another BIMBO birthday as we celebrate defender Jakob Glesnes.
The Norwegian center back turns 27 today and while he's only spent a year with the club, his first impression to Union fans was one they'll never forget. Glesnes burst onto the scene with his infamous free kick goal on national TV against LAFC and yes you can watch it again on repeat below.
On the other side of the pitch, Glesnes played a key role for the Boys in Blue during his 19 appearances (17 starts). During his starts, Glesnes helped the Union to seven clean sheets that helped the 2020 Supporters' Shield Trophy.
