It was a tight battle but in the end Jose Martinez has been voted by the Union faithful as the winner of the Primepoint Assist of the June!
Facing off against rival New York City FC in a battle for the top spot in the Eastern Conference, Martinez had a rip on goal from outside the box in second half stoppage time. The midfielder's shot crashed off Cory Burke and flickered in to send Subaru Park into a frenzy and the Boys in Blue into first place.
