There was a clear winner when all the votes were tallied as Anthony Fontana's game-winning goal against the New England Revolution was chosen as the BIMBO Goal of September.
Coming on as a second-half substitute, Fontana netted his first career brace but his second of the night was the best one yet. After scoring the first Union goal, the Revs battled back to equalize late at Subaru Park. Fontana rose to the occasion with a blast from the edge of the box to lift the Boys in Blue to all three points.
