Philadelphia Union announced today that Jesus Bueno has received an international call-up for Venezuela ahead of the upcoming FIFA international window. The midfielder is part of numerous call-ups during the window for the club which includes: Andre Blake, Daniel Gazdag, Tai Baribo, and Danley Jean Jacques, who will represent their countries in international matches. Additionally, Homegrown midfielder Cavan Sullivan has been called up to the United States U-17 National Team.
Bueno joins Venezuela’s National Team for its World Cup Qualifiers, joining the squad an a late injury replacement. Bueno was called in for La Vinotinto in March and is still in search of his first cap with the senior national squad. Venezuela will play matches against Bolivia (Sept. 6, 4:00 p.m.) and Uruguay (Sept. 10, 6:00 p.m.).
