What type of music do you like to listen to?
Hmm, all kinds but my favorite is music with Latin rhythms. I listen to a lot of Venezuelan groups and Reggaetón.
And dance?
I like to dance. I am a bad dancer but I like it.
What song do you identify with?
There are a lot. It depends on the song that I am listening to at a certain moment in time but in general I look for ones that are capable of changing my mood. There are times when you wake up in the morning and you don´t feel well or you are tired, but if you listen to music it makes you happy. At the moment I am listening to a Venezuelan group called “Rawayana” which is a type of Reggae.

If you made a movie about your life, in what part would the viewers:
Cry: I suppose it would be when I broke my leg, which was the most difficult time in my life
Laugh:As far back as I can remember I have had a lot of great moments in my life. I think the best times were when I was in high school. I am still friends with my old classmates.
If you were born a girl, what do you think your life would have been like?
Hahaha, I don´t know. I don´t think I have ever thought about this. I would probably be an athlete like I am now.
What is your best quality?
I really like to laugh
What is a quality that you wish you didn't have?
I really don’t like losing. I don´t think it is a defect but is a characteristic that I would prefer not to have.
What do you prefer: a movie night, going out to a nightclub or a nice restaurant?
A nice restaurant

The people
What do you miss most about Caracas?
The people, my family and friends
Do you have an embarrassing story that you can share with us?
No… There are a lot of stories but they are embarrassing so I am not going to share them [laughing]!
If you were on a deserted island for the rest of your life, what would you bring with you?
The first thing would be a fishing rod. I would also bring some kind of musical instrument, a soccer ball and my girlfriend.
Do you use any product in your beard?
No.
What is your favorite brand of soccer cleats?
I have used Adidas ever since I started playing
Can you hear the drums, Fernando? Do you know the song by ABBA?
Yes of course. I don’t listen to it a lot but I know the song.
