Philadelphia Union Academy U-13s cruised to a 4-0 win over Cedar Stars Academy U-13s this past Saturday. The Union U-13s saw their first goal of the day in the 19th minute of play thanks to Connor Budniak. The U-13s added a second to their total in the first half after Dylan Lacey found the back of the net in the 41st minute.
The floodgates opened in the second half when the Union U-13s scored a second pair in the final 45 minutes of action. Jordi Guifarro scored in the 61st minute to make it 3-0 for the Union U-13s and then eight minutes later Dominic Wilson scored in the 69th minute with a nice goal to wrap up the contest.
The union U-13s will be back in action this weekend when they take on BW Gottschee Academy U-13s at YSC Academy, with a kick-off scheduled for 11 a.m. in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
