Philadelphia Union U-15s squad earned a 1-1 draw against NYCFC U-15s last week in Atlanta, Georgia. Selmir Miscic was able to get Philadelphia on the board first with a goal in the 23rd minute of action.
The goal originated after Miscic created his own chance in the attacking zone and was able to beat the NYCFC goalkeeper to give Philadelphia the early lead in the 23rd minute of play.
NYCFC would later find their equalizer and the match was deadlocked at 1-1 after 90 minutes, forcing the contest to go to penalties. NYCFC would ultimately earn the extra point after coming out on top in penalties.
