Christopher Buccini is a Managing Partner of The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. and is responsible for directing and overseeing the firm’s commercial and residential acquisition, capitalization, sales and ultimately, performance strategies. Mr. Buccini has managed $3 billion in real estate transactions since joining The Buccini/Pollin Group in 1999.

As President of BPG Real Estate Services LLC, Mr. Buccini oversees the financings, operations, leasing, marketing, dispositions and investor/lender relations for over six million square feet of office space, multi-family units in three residential communities, parking spaces in three parking facilities, and commercial retail space. Mr. Buccini has helped grow The Buccini/Pollin Group to become the largest private office landlord in the Philadelphia metropolitan region.

Prior to The Buccini/Pollin Group, Mr. Buccini was the Director of Acquisitions and Senior Vice President of Barrow Street Capital, LLC, a New York City-based real estate private equity fund which is an affiliate of Greenhill and Company. Prior to joining Barrow Street, Mr. Buccini was a Vice President at Eastdil Realty, where he was involved in the disposition, financing and development of investment quality office, retail, industrial, lodging and multi-family projects.

Mr. Buccini received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.

Mr. Buccini is a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the United Way of Delaware 2008 capital campaign, a member of the Board of Directors for the Brandywine Conservancy, the Wilmington Renaissance Corporation, Main Street Wilmington, Ducks Unlimited Brandywine Chapter, City of Chester Institute for Economic Development and Stand Up for What’s Right and Just (SURJ), and a member of the Board of Overseers of the Delaware College of Art and Design.
