Ahead of Philadelphia Union's next match against the rival Red Bulls, we're gearing up by wishing a Happy BIMBO Birthday to homegrown Cole Turner.
Turner turns 20 today and while he has yet to make an appearance for the Boys in Blue in 2021, he made his official debut last year against the Red Bulls as a second-half substitute. Turner has been a mainstay with Philadelphia Union II over the past few seasons, logging 29 appearances (26 starts) and over 2,200 minutes against professionals. The defensive midfielder isn't afraid to have a go from long range either, just check out this goal against D.C. United from a Union II friendly earlier this year!
