We've saved our biggest fan vote for last with voting now open for the 2022 Independence Blue Cross Player of the Year.
Philadelphia Union fans will choose their top four players from the club's Starting XI to advance to the semifinals. Andre Blake is the two-time defending winner winner and makes another strong case for this fourth award after tying winning his league-record third Goalkeeper of the Year award. There are strong cases up and down the lineup though with MLS Defender of the Year Jakob Glesnes, runner-up Kai Wagner, center back partner Jack Elliott anchoring that strong Union defense that set a league record for fewest goals allowed in a 34 game season. Up top, how can you forget the club-record season that Daniel Gazdag had or the breakout performance from Julian Carranza. So many great options but only one can claim the title.
Fans can cast their vote simply by clicking here or the image below where you get to select which four players should advance to the semifinals. Voting closes at 11:59 a.m. ET on Thursday, December 8th.
