Power Rankings | Union head into break ranked No. 3

PowerRankings-603

After rolling past the Portland Timbers on national television, Philadelphia Union kept its current position in the latest Power Rankings from MLSSoccer.com.

In the league's weekly rankings, the Boys in Blue are ranked No. 3 behind the unbeaten Seattle Sounders and the New England Revolution for the third consecutive week. The 2020 Supporters' Shield have turned their full focus to the league slate after successfully outlasting the rest of MLS in four Scotiabank Concacaf Champions League matches along with eight league matches. Philadelphia Union is the sole-remaining MLS squad in the Semifinals of the CCL and sits in second place in the Eastern Conference standings.

The Boys in Blue have won four of the last five league matches with all four victories coming in shutout fashion. The Union return to action after the international break on June 20th with a rematch against Atlanta United FC. Kick off from the ATL is set for 2 p.m. and will be broadcast on ESPN and ESPN Deportes.
