Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) powered by Ticketmaster, today announced that Philadelphia and Subaru Park will host the 2024 PLL Cash App Championship for the third consecutive year.
“Our teams will battle for the PLL Championship in Philadelphia once again. An incredible market for the PLL and a storied sports community, we're thrilled to return to Subaru Park for our 2024 title game,” said Paul Rabil, Co-Founder and President of the Premier Lacrosse League. “We’re grateful to our partners at the Philadelphia Union and Cash App, and look forward to delivering a world-class experience for the players, and our fans. The two bottom performing teams through the regular season will be eliminated from playoff contention.
The PLL’s 2024 Playoffs and Championship are presented by Cash App, the Official Peer to Peer Payment Partner of the PLL. This is Cash App’s third year entitling the PLL Championship, presenting winning teams with prize deposits via Cash App, and sponsoring premier fan activations.
The PLL’s 14-week, tour-based regular season will mark all eight teams’ homecoming debuts in their newly assigned home cities, with Minneapolis, MN and Fairfield, CT being selected to host all eight PLL teams as they vie for playoff contention. The PLL’s All-Star Weekend will return to Louisville, KY for the second straight season.
