This ticket is a revocable license that only grants the ticketholder a one-time entry to the stadium (the “Stadium”) and a spectator seat, or standing room, for the specified game (the “Event”). Dates and times of the Event are subject to change or cancellation. The holder, on behalf of the holder and any accompanying minors (collectively, the "Holder"), agrees that: admission is contingent on Holder’s agreement to the following terms and conditions, those available at www.mlssoccer.com/fan-code-of-conduct, and the MLS Spectator Waiver (collectively, the “Terms”); and by using this ticket to enter the Stadium, Holder is deemed to have read the Terms and agreed to be bound by them. Failure to comply with any of these Terms, shall result in forfeiture of this license and all rights arising hereunder without refund and shall entitle Management to pursue all additional legal remedies available to it. Admission may be refused or withdrawn or Holder ejected at the sole discretion of the Stadium, Major League Soccer, L.L.C. and its affiliates (“MLS”) or the Philadelphia Union and its affiliates (the “Club” and, collectively with the Stadium and MLS, “Management”).
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY if admission is refused or revoked, or the game is not played for any reason, is a refund of up to the ticket price set by Management (the “Face Value”), unless otherwise provided below. IN NO EVENT SHALL MANAGEMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES BEYOND THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET. ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM RELATED TO, OR ARISING FROM, THIS TICKET SHALL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY, CONFIDENTIAL, FINAL, AND BINDING ARBITRATION. HOLDER AND MANAGEMENT EACH AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND EACH WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBIRTRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION. IF HOLDER DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, HOLDER MUST LEAVE OR NOT ENTER THE STADIUM. THIS CLAUSE IS GOVERNED BY THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT.
Holder and Holder's belongings may be searched upon entering the Stadium, and prohibited items may be confiscated, at the sole discretion of the Management. Holder consents to such searches and waives any and all claims relating to them. If Holder does not consent to such searches, Holder will be denied entry or ejected from the Stadium without refund. Further, Management reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct, in Management’s sole discretion, violates these Terms, any applicable code of conduct, or is otherwise disorderly, without refund. Inappropriate behavior or abusive language may result in ejection (without refund), forfeiture of season ticket privileges, and/or other legal action. Refund to Holder of the Face Value shall automatically terminate Holder’s rights hereunder.
Holder agrees not to create, transmit, display, distribute, exploit, misappropriate or sell (or aid in such activity) any description or account (in any form, whether text, data or visual, and including, without limitation, play-by-play data) of the Event for any commercial, non-personal, purpose. Holder agrees not to create, transmit, display, distribute, exploit or sell (or aid in such activity) any photographs, images, videos, livestreams, audio or other form of display or public performance or reproduction of any portion of the Event (the “Works”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Holder agrees that by using this ticket to enter the Stadium, Holder shall be deemed to have signed this ticket and granted MLS an exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to all rights associated with the Works. Holder also grants irrevocable permission to MLS and the Club (and their sponsors, licensees, advertisers, broadcasters, designees and agents) to use, publish, edit, and alter Holder’s image, likeness, voice, actions and statements in any medium including, without limitation, any audio, video, film, photographs, social media, exhibition, publication or reproduction of the Event for any purpose without further authorization or compensation and waives all claims and potential claims relating to such use unless prohibited by law.
HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS arising from or relating in any way to the Event, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, including, without limitation, the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness), the risk of physical injury or death, however caused, whether by players, by other people or by objects such as balls entering the spectator area, or otherwise, and the risks of lost, stolen or damaged property. Holder hereby waives all claims and potential claims relating to such risks, hazards and dangers.
Management is not responsible for, and may refuse to honor, any duplicate or duplicated, lost, stolen, destroyed or counterfeit tickets. Use of this ticket in violation of any law including, without limitation, the unlawful resale or unlawful attempted resale of this ticket is strictly prohibited and will result in seizure, revocation and/or forfeiture of this license without refund or compensation. This ticket is not redeemable for cash and may not be used for, or in connection with, any commercial or trade purposes including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, gambling or gaming activities, without the express written consent of the Club and MLS.
COVID-19 Health Promise
In order to help mitigate the risk of transmission of the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation, or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) and other contagious illnesses, Holder agrees to the following:
Stay-at-home: Holder agrees that neither Holder, nor anyone in Holder’s party, will attend any Event if any one or more of the following is true on the day of such Event:
- Within the 14 days prior to the Event, Holder has (or any person in Holder’s party or with whom Holder has had close contact has) tested positive for, or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for, COVID-19;
- Within the 48 hours prior to the Event, Holder has (or any person in Holder’s party or with whom Holder has close contact has) experienced symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g., a fever of 100.4⁰F or higher, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking, muscle pain/achiness, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or Health Canada, as applicable);
- Within the 14 days prior to the Event, Holder has (or any person in Holder’s party or with whom Holder has had close contact has) traveled to any state or international territory identified by federal or applicable local governments as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19.
Ticket Block/Pod Integrity: To help maintain social distancing guidelines, Holder agrees that Holder will use his or her best efforts to not sell, transfer (if available) or otherwise provide any of Holder’s tickets to anyone other than family with whom Holder has been sheltering (or other trusted acquaintances), unless Holder is selling, transferring (if available) or otherwise providing all such tickets (i.e., Holder’s full block/pod of tickets) to one party.

Account Manager
The account manager will allow you to access your season tickets online. You can update contact information (phone, address, email, etc…), transfer game tickets to other Union fans, view your order history, or purchase additional tickets. To access Account Manager go to www.philadelphiaunion.com/accountmanager
To log in you can use your email address, or your 9 digit account number with the password you created.
If you originally purchased your seats online your account was automatically linked to your season tickets. If you purchased your season, group or individual tickets over the phone you will have to link your account if you haven’t done so already. If you need further assistance, please contact your fan services representative to walk you through a ticket transfer.
Supporters Section Tickets
The Supporters Section will be filled with passionate soccer fans whose purpose will be to create an intimidating atmosphere for the opposition while cheering the team on to victory. This section will stand, sing, and chant for all 90 minutes of the match. Please take this into consideration before choosing seats in this section.
To purchase full or partial season tickets in the Supporters Section, call 877-21-UNION to speak to a ticket representative.
Fans will not be permitted to wear away team colors in the Supporters Section.
Repeated violations or re-selling tickets in the Supporters Sections to non-supporter club members can result in termination of your season ticket account without refund.
Season ticket account members are responsible for the actions of themselves and any individual using their seats.

Season Ticket Renewal
Renewals will start annually in August. As a season ticket member you will have the first right to your seats for the following year However if you reduce the number of season tickets on your account you will subject to relocation in order to avoid stranding a single seat in any row.
Seat Selection/Relocation
If you are interested in relocating your seat location for the following next season you will renew and relocate with your Fan Services Representative. Your Fan Services Representative will follow up with you in October during the annual relocation event.
You will have the option to relocate over the phone with your designated Fan Services Reprresentative or by coming to Talen Energy Stadium at your assigned relocation date and time. By signing up for the relocation process, you are not obligated to change your seats. If nothing better is available, you will still have your current seats secured.
Splitting or transferring Season Ticket Accounts
The primary name listed on the account is the owner of record of the season tickets. If you would like to transfer your season tickets privileges, the changes must be made from the season ticket members of record and will be done only after approval of, and at the discretion of the Philadelphia Union. Transfers will only be considered when the new recipient has been listed as a Secondary Contact on the account for at least one full year (365 days) and the account has been paid in full.
Please note that season tickets may not be transferred from one season ticket account to another. All transferred season tickets will not maintain the same account data or status as the original account members . However, you may retain this status if the tickets are transferred within the immediate family and proper documentation is provided.
Company accounts may be transferred to the principal of the same company. Written correspondence must be on corporate letterhead.
Adding Seats
Current season ticket members are able to add seats to their existing account
* Please note, that if you add seats to your account for another person, you WILL NOT be able to split your account into multiple names during the season. All of the seats will remain under that name, and all information will be sent to you. If you have a friend who wants seats, we recommend they create their own account.
Additional Matches and Playoffs
Season ticket members will have access to 17 regular season MLS matches and one additional match to be determined during the season. Season ticket members will have first right of refusal for their same seat for any additional Union matches at Talen Energy Stadium (including MLS Cup Playoffs, US Open Cup, and International Friendlies) and will also receive pre-sale opportunities for additional non-Union soccer matches at Talen Energy Stadium.
International Matches
Policies, procedures, and pricing for International matches will be handled on a case by case basis. If an international game is not part of the season ticket plan, season ticket members will have priority access to purchase tickets. If the game is in Talen Energy Stadium season ticket members will be able to purchase their seats, if the match is at Lincoln Financial Field season ticket holders will have access to purchase all available price levels.
Away Game Tickets
MLS clubs designate an area of their stadium for the away supporters. Seats in these sections are sometimes very limited. If you are interested in attending Union away matches and sitting with Union fans in the designated away supporters section you must purchase tickets through the Sons of Ben.
If you do not want to sit in the designated away supporters section you can purchase tickets on your own by contacting the away team directly. Prices for individual tickets will be higher and may include per ticket fees.
Rewards Program
The Rewards Program is a point-based system that takes into account the amount of interaction each season ticket member has with the team throughout the season.
How do I earn points?
There are many ways to earn points throughout the year, but the easiest way is to scan your season ticket card when entering the stadium on game day. The more you interact with the team by attending home and away matches, watching away matches on TV, buying concessions/merchandise with Union Dollars and more.
How do I use my points?
You can also use your loyalty points by bidding in auctions or buying items that will be made available throughout the year.Point that you receive can also be used to bid on items such as merchandise, club passes, parking passes, stadium discounts, unique once-in-a-lifetime opportunities that are only available for card-carrying season ticket members and much more.
How can I check my points?
Season ticket members have access to the Rewards Program through their online Account Manager. Log in at www.philadelphiaunion.com/accountmanager and click on the Loyalty Points link to see how many points you have on your account.
PLEASE NOTE THAT POINTS FOR THE LOYALTY REWARDS SYSTEM ARE ONLY EARNED BY USING THE SEASON TICKET CARD. POINTS CANNOT BE EARNED WHEN USING ANY TYPE OF PAPER TICKET.
Points will be reset at the end of each season.
If you are using Paper Tickets, you can contact your Fan Services Representative to have your points added.
Ticket Transfers
By logging into your online Account Manager Full Season Ticket members will have the ability to transfer your tickets on a game-by-game basis.
The recipient will have 48 hours to accept or reject the transfer before it is voided.
If the recipient does not accept or reject the transfer, the invitation will expire in the specified number of days/hours and the system will act as though the transfer was rejected. A confirmation email will be sent.
If you need further assistance, please contact your fan services representative to walk you through a ticket transfer.
Print At Home:
When a Full Season Ticket member transfers an individual game ticket(s) the person receiving the tickets will have the option to print the tickets at home for no additional fee. If a season ticket member needs to print their ticket(s) at home, they can transfer them to another email address, or call 877-21-UNION (877-218-6466) to have a Union ticket representative email them to you.
Re-printing Tickets
Season tickets cards can be re-printed on general ticket stock. The first time your seats are re-printed it will be complimentary. There will be a $5 fee per order any addition time a ticket need to be re-printed. Please note that the loyalty rewards program is on the card only, and not printed tickets so we encourage all season ticket members to use the cards.
Season ticket cards can be re-printed for $1 per card the first time, and $5 per card each additional time.

Individual Tickets
Only season ticket plans (full or partial) and group purchases can be processed through the Philadelphia Union front office. Any individual tickets purchased must be done so online at www.philadelphiaunion.com or by calling 877-21-UNION (877-218-6466).
Group Tickets
Discounted group tickets can only be purchased through the Philadelphia Union front office.

- Groups of 10 or more will receive savings of up to 20% versus single game tickets.

ADA Seating

Print At Home:
At the time of purchase you can select to have your tickets emailed to you for $3.00 per order.
USPS:
At the time of purchase you can select to have your tickets mailed to you via the United States Postal Service for $6.00 per order.
Will Call:
Tickets that are purchased within 7 days of the match will have the option to be left at Will Call for $8.00 per order. Will Call orders cannot be left under multiple names.
Re-Prints
Group and Individual tickets can be re-printed sent via email for a fee of $3.00, general mail for a fee of $6.00, or left at Will Call for a fee of $8.00 per order by calling 877-21-UNION (877-218-6466) and asking to speak to a Union ticket representative or through your online account manager.

Alcohol, animals (except service animals), bottles, cans, beverage containers of any kind, food, coolers, fireworks, smoke bombs, firearms, weapons of any kind, laser pointers, missile/projectile like objects, streamers, noisemaking devices, megaphones, whistles, air horns, video cameras, camera lenses in excess of 8 inches, frisbees, balloons, beach balls, umbrellas, strollers (in seating area). Flags or banners on poles, drums, drum sticks and musical instruments are prohibited unless authorized in advance by Stadium Management.

Cancelled or Postponed Events
If a match or event is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately posted on www.philadelphiaunion.com and emailed to those on the mailing list. Please be aware there is no way contact individual ticket members other than on our website and email. If an event is cancelled, refunds will automatically be given to phone and online orders. Customers who purchased at the Box Office must return their tickets to the Box Office to receive a refund. If an event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored on the new date. Refunds may be offered as well, depending on the event, and would be available at the Box Office up until the day of the new event date.
