In honor of the 25th season of Major League Soccer, USA Today put together the league's top 25 players of all-time.
Former Union forward Carlos Ruiz ranked 16th in the list, ahead of Taylor Twellman, Carlos Vela, Bradley Wright-Phillips and Thierry Henry. Ruiz netted six of his 89 career goals as a member of the Union in 13 starts for the Boys in Blue in 2011.
