Anybody in Philadelphia or the immediate surrounding area. NOTE: You must have your phone’s location services turned on and allow the streaming software to verify your location information.
What is the best way to access the stream?
For the best experience, please access the stream on your personal WiFi network. You may also access the stream using cellular data. However, if your phone pings a cellular tower outside of the Philadelphia area, you may be blocked from viewing the stream.
