When Philadelphia Union returns to Talen Energy Stadium to battle Montreal Impact on Saturday, April 20th there will be numerous activities besides soccer going on as the club has announced activities as part of Kids Day.
Before you arrive, it's time to get prepared for the club's Dress Like Phang contest! All kids 14 and under are invited to dress as their favorite mascot and will have a chance to win and participate in a pregame procession with Phang.
The final pregame event will be a pregame Egg Hunt. Kids can check in at Phang's Mascot Club table during Toyota Plaza hours from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. where they will get a special wristband. The egg hunt will begin at 12:15 p.m. and will end when the match kicks off at 1p.m. Children that collect five eggs must return the eggs to the check-in table to claim their prize. Prizes range from food and beverage vouchers to Union shop coupons, t-shirts and more!
After the match all kids 14 and under are invited to take part in a postgame parade around the field following the match. Since the parade will be on a first-come-first-serve basis, fans may begin lining up in the 85th minute in section 121 with entry to the pitch taking place between sections 120 and 121. Due to time constraints, the parade will end at 3:10 p.m. due to the doubleheader with Bethlehem Steel FC so fans must be in line by 3:05 p.m.
