The championship match on PlayStation4 went down to the wire in Philadelphia Union's FIFAdelphia Series 2 presented by Subaru. In the end it was No. 3 seed bhatfield11 claiming the title and ending bousson's undefeated tournament.
The top seeded bousson started off on the front foot with the PlayStation 4 finale's opening goal in the 13th minute. Playing with Serie A side Napoli, bousson employed a quick combination between Lorenzo Insigne and Spanish No. 10 Fabián for the early lead. Tied at 1-1 at the halftime break, bhatfield11 to a one-goal lead with a strong finish from the speedy Kylian Mbappe however bousson answered in the 74th minute making the most of a defensive stop to launch a counter attack that saw a nasty nutmeg and finish from Hirving Lozano.
With extra time looming in the finale, the deciding goal came in the 89th minute off a defensive mistake in the back by the Italian side. France made the mistake turn into a punishment as Kingsley Coman found a streaking Mbappe in the box for a one-time finish to take a 3-2 lead. Bousson pushed his team fully in the attack during stoppage time, allowing for an insurance goal at the final whistle that capped off not only a hat trick for Mbappe but a championship for bhatfield11.
