On April 21, the Academy U17 team lead by coach Gary Lewis took on Continental with a home-field victory (2-0). Tough game against a physical opponent. As a team, the U built possession well through phase 1 and phase 2, however, became very individual in phase 3. The team corrected this issue in the second half of play.
