Are there blackout dates for Union games?
All ticket offers are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for a specific match. Please apply early to avoid disappointment. We recommend using the complimentary tickets during the early part of the season (February-April) when there is more flexibility. We will still try to fulfill any requests outside of these times but cannot guarantee availability. Unused complimentary tickets and membership benefits cannot be rolled over into the following season.

How do I get VIP Access to the stadium on matchdays?
VIP access to Subaru Park is through the Club and Suites Entrance. Show your PUF Digital Membership Card to security. VIP access is good for the MVP/Legend member plus three guests. Each person must have a valid match ticket, which should be purchased separately.

When do membership benefits begin?
Please allow for 10 business days for all PUF membership benefits to be in place after you become a member.
