We've got an Independence Blue Cross Achievement Unlocked tonight as Philadelphia Union travels to FC Cincinnati.
Team captain Alejandro Bedoya is in the Starting XI and when the opening whistle rang out at TQL Stadium, the midfielder became the fifth player in Union history to make 150 league appearances for the club. Bedoya joined the Union in 2016 and has embodied the City of Brotherly Love with his grittiness in the midfield and relentless effort.
Bedoya joins Ray Gaddis, Brian Carroll, Andre Blake and Sebastien Le Toux as the only players in Philadelphia Union history to appear in 150 MLS matches.
