Philadelphia Union homegrown Jack McGlynn has yet another Independence Blue Cross Achievement Unlocked as he earned his first MLS start on the road against Chicago Fire FC.
McGlynn becomes the 8th homegrown to make an MLS start for Philadelphia Union joining Zach Pfeffer, Derrick Jones, Auston Trusty, Brenden Aaronson, Mark McKenzie, Matt Real, Matt Freese. McGlynn also becomes the second-youngest player to start for the Boys in Blue in MLS play at 17 years, 10 months and 1 day.
