Gazdag named one of the most popular jerseys on MLSStore.com

Major League Soccer revealed on Tuesday the top 25 top-selling adidas jerseys in the league sold on MLStore.com with Philadelphia Union midfielder Daniel Gazdag making the list.

The Union's all-time leading goalscorer ranks No. 23 in the league which features some of the biggest names throughout not just MLS but the world.

Union midfielder Daniel Gazdag comes in at the top jersey for fans of the Blue and Gold with three-time MLS Goalkeeper of the Year Andre Blake just behind him at No. 9. Fan favorites Julian Carranza and Jakob Glesnes are also on the top 25 list coming in at No. 18 and No. 24 respectively. Overall the Union rank fourth in all of MLS for jersey sales in 2023, behind only the Seattle Sounders, Nashville SC and Charlotte FC.

Fourteen MLS clubs are represented, including current Supporters’ Shield leader Inter Miami has four jerseys in the top 25 – Lionel Messi (No. 1), Luis Suárez (No. 2), Sergio Busquets (No. 11), and Jordi Alba (No. 15), while Seattle Sounders FC also have four jerseys represented – Jordan Morris (No. 9), Pedro de la Vega (No. 10), João Paulo (No. 21), and Raúl Ruidíaz (No. 24), Overall, fourteen MLS clubs are represented on the list.

These rankings are based on overall retail sales of adidas MLS jerseys on MLSstore.com from January 1 through August 31, 2024.
