While there were only three MLS regular season contests in September, there wasn't a shortage of amazing assists to contend for the Primepoint Assist of the Month with homegrown Jack McGlynn taking the honors after all the votes were counted from the Union faithful.
McGlynn's nominated play came on the road at rival New York Red Bulls with the match deadlocked after the first half. Looking to spark an attack, McGlynn showcased his impressive footwork with a quick flick to get around the Red Bull defender that tried to slow him down. Calm, cool and collected, he threaded the middle of the Red Bulls defense into the path of Uhre who tucked it into the bottom left corner to put the Boys in Blue ahead against their rivals.
