Primepoint and Philadelphia Union partnered together to award $3,500 to The Peter Powerhouse Foundation, an organization based in Montgomery County, PA that helps improve the lives of children fighting childhood cancer.
The donation was awarded as a part of the Union and Primepoint’s Assist Program, which for every assist made during the club’s 2021 season, Primepoint would make a donation up to $3,500. The check presentation was held on the field at Subaru Park during the November 20 playoff game, which ended 1-0 in Union's favor.
The check presentation included Al Bothwell, CEO at Primepoint, and Peter Zucca, Founder of The Peter Powerhouse Foundation.
"Giving back to the community is important to us at Primepoint, and the Assist Program is a great way for us to do that," said Bothwell. "The Peter Powerhouse Foundation is an incredible organization and we are proud to award them with this year's donation."
Philadelphia Union have been in partnership with Primepoint since the beginning of 2019, making the company the official payroll provider, as well as the official human resource management service of the Philadelphia Union.
