Philadelphia Union hosts Atlanta United at Subaru Park for a high-stakes showdown on Saturday night. Don't miss this Fiesta Hispana presented by Bimbo Bakeries USA with MLS Season Pass on Apple TV starting at 7:30PM ET.

Philadelphia Union has four more regular season matches on the schedule – two at home, and two on the road. Each meeting ahead will have postseason implications as Philadelphia Union is hovering just above the playoff line at ninth place in the Eastern Conference standings with 36 points. Meanwhile Atlanta comes to town with everything to play for sitting two spots below Philadelphia with 33 points.

It hasn’t been an easy season for Atlanta United – they parted ways with their Head Coach Gonzalo Pineda in June before a busy summer of outbound transfers including Caleb Wiley, Thiago Almada, and Giorgos Giakoumakis. Saturday’s matchup will feature a far different cast compared to the pair’s last match on April 24th at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, when Philadelphia Union overcame a two goal deficit to secure a 2-2 draw. It was a chippy one that finished with seven total yellow cards between the two sides, but with a change in personnel, Saturday’s match is shaping up to be a new challenge.

Wth the recent addition of Russian midfielder Alexey Miranchuk, Atlanta has welcomed a new offensive weapon to their arsenal – the 28-year-old has scored in back-to-back matches, helping the team secure consecutive draws against high-caliber opponents in Inter Miami and New York Red Bulls.

As for the Philadelphia Union, they’ve won three of their past four matches, falling only to Inter Miami despite a strong showing in South Florida. Their last two wins have been dominant ones, defeating their opponents by four goals in four days' time. The front three in Daniel Gazdag, Tai Baribo, and Mikael Uhre have been in top form as of late – combining for a total of nine goals through those last four games. The Designated Player trio haven’t been the only stars, though. Homegrown Quinn Sullivan facilitated two goals against D.C. United on Saturday, boosting his season assist total to 10, becoming one of only five players in MLS history to have reached that number in a season prior to turning 21 years old.
