The Philadelphia Union women of the front office hosted the female students of the Philadelphia Union Foundation's iAM Project for a career development breakfast. The Chester Charter Scholar's Academy students and Philadelphia Union staff spent the morning networking, followed by a special Q&A panel.
The panel, comprised of members from the club's Marketing, Sponsorship, Ticketing and Community Relations departments, spoke about their career paths, leadership roles, as well as the highlights and challenges of being a women in sports. The students also had the opportunity to ask the panelists questions, which gave them insight into the importance of using your voice, what makes you confident, and how to define success.
