Cole Missimo

The Union selected Cole Missimo with the No. 64 overall selection in the 2016 MLS SuperDraft and he officially signed with club on Feb. 23, 2016.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2016 (Union): Missimo has featured in one game this season for the Union. He came on and played against European stars Crystal Palace. He showed a promising performance against top quality defenders.

2016 (Steel FC): Missimo has been loaned to the USL affiliates for 15 of their 20 games so far this season. He has been a contact threat for the team and has recorded one assist so far this season.

COLLEGE EXPERIENCE

Missimo played his college ball at Northwestern University where he spent four years with the Wildcats. During his career at Northwestern, Missimo played 76 games and started 56, scoring seven goals and handing out 12 assists. In 2015, Missimo scored one goal and gave two assists and was named NSCAA Second Team All-Big Ten Conference for the second year in a row.
