Signed for Bethlehem Steel FC on February 26, 2019. Rayyan started in Steel FC's season-opening match at Birmingham (March 10). He started in the home-match against North Carolina (March 16) and came on as a substitute in the match against Memphis (March 24). Rayyan started against Pittsburgh (March 30) and recorded his first-career assist. He started the following matches at Swope Park (April 6), against Charleston (April 13) and at Charlotte (April 16). He returned to the starting lineup from injury in the match against Louisville (May 26) and then started the following matches at Red Bulls II (May 31) and against Nashville (June 9). He started in the match against Saint Louis (June 15) and provided his second assist of 2019. He followed that performance with a start against Tampa Bay (June 22).
