He started the team's Knockout Round match at NYCFC (October 31). In the 2018 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, Creavalle made two appearances at central midfield.
2017 (Philadelphia): Creavalle made 13 appearances (five starts) at central midfield for Philadelphia in 2017, with one assist. He made his first appearance of the season at D.C. United (May 13), helping the team close out a 4-0 win. He also started his first match of the season at NYCFC (June 3) and recorded an assist vs. Chicago (September 23).
2016 (Philadelphia): In his first full season with the Union, Creavalle tied his career-best with 27 appearances and set a new career high with 21 starts. He registered one assist for the Union, on March 20, 2016 against New England. He also made three U.S. Open Cup appearances and started the club’s postseason contest against his former team, Toronto FC.
2015 (Toronto FC/Philadelphia): Another season split between two clubs for Creavalle, starting the year with Toronto FC (14 appearances, one goal). He also appeared in two Canadian Championship contests with the Reds. On August 7, 2015, he was traded to Philadelphia for a Second Round choice in the 2016 MLS SuperDraft. He debuted for Philadelphia on August 9, 2015 against Orlando City and made a total of five appearances for the team.
2014 (Houston/Toronto FC): Creavalle began the season with Houston, playing in 16 league matches and four CONCACAF Champions League contests. Midway through the year, he was traded to Toronto FC for the number one spot in the Allocation Ranking, which the Dynamo used to acquire DaMarcus Beasley. With the Reds, Creavalle played in 10 contests, scoring once.
2013 (Houston): In his second professional season, Creavalle made 27 league appearances, scoring three times and assisting once. His first professional goal came on March 24, 2013 against Vancouver. Creavalle also played in two U.S. Open Cup matches and five postseason contests.
2012 (Houston): Creavalle was selected by the Dynamo in the Second Round (37th overall) of the 2012 MLS SuperDraft. He appeared in 11 matches during his rookie season, assisting once. His debut came on June 11, 2012 at Vancouver with his helper occurring on September 30, 2012 vs. New England. He also played in one U.S. Open Cup match and in one MLS Cup Playoffs match as Houston advanced to the final. Creavalle made five appearances in the 2012-13 CONCACAF Champions League.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Creavalle represents Guyana in international play, having earned five caps for the team. He made his debut for the side during 2017 Caribbean Cup qualification. He earned his first call-up of the 2017 season on March 24 in advance of a friendly against Martinique (March 28), a match that he started for his third cap as part of a 0-0 draw. He was called up again by Guyana before a friendly vs. Granada (October 7) but could not travel due to injury. After the 2017 season, he received another call-up to represent the side in a friendly vs. Trinidad and Tobago (November 14), which he started in a 1-1 draw.
In 2019, Creavalle earned another call-up, this time ahead of Guyana's Concacaf Nations League qualification contest vs. Belize (March 23). He made a substitute appearance in the contest, a 2-1 win, which clinched a 2019 Concacaf Gold Cup berth for Guyana, the first in the history of the country. He was then called up by the Golden Jaguars for the tournament, but missed the event due to injury. Later in the year, he was called up again ahead of Concacaf Nations League B action at Aruba (September 6) and vs. Jamaica (September 9), but could not join due to injury.
Previously, he played with the U.S. U-20 side in 2008.
COLLEGE EXPERIENCE
Creavalle appeared in 73 career collegiate games and recorded eight goals and 10 assists, playing for both Furman and Central Florida. In 2011, he earned All-Conference USA First Team honors, and was named to the MAC Hermann Trophy Watch List. In 2010, Creavalle was named All-American Third Team, becoming the first UCF player to earn All-America status since 1997.

Philadelphia Union acquired Warren Creavalle from Toronto FC on August 7, 2015 in exchange for a Second Round selection in the 2016 MLS SuperDraft. Creavalle re-signed with the Union on January 23, 2016.
