Philadelphia Union looks for the top spot of Group A in the MLS is Back Tournament with a matchup against Orlando City SC. Kick off is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET and can be viewed on ESPN and TUDN. For the MLS is Back Tournament, matchday rosters are expanded due to the new five substitution rules. Below are the starting lineup and notes.

- Cente back Jack Elliott returns to the starting XI for the Union. He started the Union's first MLS is Back Tournament match against New York City FC where the club picked up a shutout.
- Midfielder Warren Creavalle enters the starting lineup for Jim Curtin at the No. 6 slot after Jose Martinez was issued a one-game suspension. The start is Creavalle's second of the season, 88th overall, with his other start coming against FC Dallas in the 2020 season opener.
- Homegrown midfielder Brenden Aaronson looks to build off of his MLS Team of the Week Honors with his 30th career start tonight against Orlando City SC.
- Forward Kacper Przybylko also picks up his 30th career start tonight. Pryzyblko looks to continue his run of good form against Orlando City SC with three goals in two matches in 2019.
- After missing the first two matches of the MLS is Back Tournament due to injury, Andrew Wooten makes his second matchday roster appearance of the 2020 season and first in the Florida-based tournament.
