Philadelphia Union II wraps up final road match of September as it makes the short journey north to face off against rival New York Red Bulls II. Kick off from MSU Soccer Park is set for 5 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on ESPN+.

Union II enters the match after fighting back to earn a point at Hartford Athletic on Wednesday night. After finding itself down by a goal just before the halftime whistle, the young squad battled back to equalize thanks to future Union homegrown Jack McGlynn’s second goal of 2020. Union II nearly claimed all three points with a shot late in the contest but is flying high after the comeback result and looking to build upon it.

The Boys in Blue looking to avenge its last performance against Red Bulls II to force a tie in the season series against its biggest rival on Saturday afternoon. Red Bulls II claimed the first contest at Subaru Park in July but Union II fought back in the series with a 3-2 win on August 5th. They’ll be looking for a similar result after falling to Red Bulls II by a 6-0 margin three weeks ago.

Like Union II, New York is looking to finish its season strong with the club missing the USL Cup Playoffs for the first time in club history. Red Bulls II finds itself in a battle to finish third in Group F with only three points separating the side from Union II through 13 matches.
