After the first 45 minutes of play, the Union managed to get three shots on target, but couldn’t find the back of the net. The Union outshot Nashville 14 to seven, but neither team managed to break the deadlock, resulting in a goalless draw after 90 minutes . The Union are now unbeaten in eight consecutive matches in MLS.
