We are looking for the best FIFA 18 gamer in Philadelphia to represent the Union and compete in eMLS Cup at PAX East Boston.
The Union are partnered with Independence Blue Cross and N3rd Street Gamers as part of the club’s foray into eMLS, Major League Soccer’s competitive gaming league for EA SPORTS™ FIFA 18.
The tournament, presented by Independence Blue Cross, consists of three events throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. Two Regional events consisting of 64 competitors each will feed the top 32 into the grand finale at Talen Energy Stadium on March 4th. After the completion of the Union esports Open, one winner will be crowned Philadelphia’s best FIFA 18 player and will represent the Union at eMLS Cup.
N3rd Street Gamers, a local Philadelphia gaming network focused on serving semi-professional, amateur, and developing gamers, has taken on the role of the club’s official esports provider. Powering and administrating the Union esports Open, the company will also produce the live stream of the final competition.
