With a commitment to to facilitating safe spaces for all fans to enjoy Philadelphia Union games and events at Subaru Park free from discrimination based on their sexual orientation or gender identity, the entire front office staff completed inclusivity and allyship training.
As part of the training that took place ahead of the Union's Pride Night members of the Union staff met to discuss and learn how they can be a better ally.
At the end of the training members of staff were given Safe Space pins that will be worn throughout the season to let fans know they have successfully completed inclusivity and allyship training. In addition to the pins the staff will wear Pride shirts courtesy of Subaru.
