September's Primepoint Assist of the Month voting has opened with a pair of spectacular set ups from the Union midfield.
The first nominee comes from Jamiro Monteiro who showcased his determination and crafty moves against Orlando City SC, winning the ball back in the box before picking out Kacper Przybylko for the game winner against the Lions.
Meanwhile, Jose “El Brujo” Martinez showed that being a No. 6 in the Union diamond doesn’t just mean sitting back and snuffing out opposing attacks. Facing off against Atlanta United, Martinez put his defender on skates and picked out Przybylko in the second half for the match winner that set the Union faithful at Subaru Park into a roar.
