Refund Policy
Cancelation before program start:
Any dropouts/cancellations that occur within 14 days of the start date, will not be refunded, however, you will have the option to move to another program or receive an account credit. Any dropouts/cancellations that are required more than 14 days from the program start date will have the option to receive a refund to the original form of purchase. Refunds will be subject to our then-current transaction fee (which will be disclosed at the time of the refund request).
During program:
If a program is not fully completed due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen issues, every effort will be made to make up lost time. If alternative dates cannot be scheduled, we will inform you of the options available. Credits or refunds will be determined on a program-by-program basis. Once a decision has been made, all participants will be notified via email. Other than the foregoing, program fees will not be refunded once the first day of a program occurs, other than a pro-rated portion if you or your child suffers an injury or illness that prevents you, him or her from participating in the full program (a doctor’s note must be provided upon request).
