The Player Pathway Program is tailored for the elite, dedicated travel player aged 7-14. These athletes seek high-quality, supplemental training and competition that complements their existing club training schedule.

Every player must be identified or recommended through our various Philadelphia Union Youth programs or the summer's Open ID Events to enter the PPP. Once invited into the program, players will be placed into their Age Group Training Pool.

Training pools are designed to be adaptable to the player’s individual needs, allowing movement within groups throughout the year to maximize their growth and to challenge their development and experience.
