Ahead of the club's road match against Chicago Fire FC on Saturday afternoon, Philadelphia Union Head Coach Jim Curtin provided an update on the status of the squad.

“Unfortunately Stuart picked up a very minor and it's not even a Grade 1, it's a .5 Grade strain in his quad. We wanted to be cautious with it as he's coming back and trying to gain fitness and get up to speed with the group. We didn't want to do any damage or have a set back so he'll likely miss a couple more training sessions but rejoin the group very soon and hopefully be available next week which we'll have a busy schedule with home games."
