Philadelphia Union announced today that Richard Odada has received an international call-up for Kenya ahead of the upcoming FIFA international window. The midfielder is part of seven call-ups in March which include , , and . These call ups come in addition to Brandan Craig, Jack McGlynn and Quinn Sullivan receiving call ups to the U-20 USMNT training camp in Marbella, Spain where they will face off against France, England and Serbia. Odada joins the Kenyan National Team for a pair of international friendly matches. Odada made his international debut on September 2, 2021, in a World Cup qualifier match against Uganda. With five appearances for the Harambee Stars, Odada scored his first goal in a 2-1 win over Rwanda on November 15, 2021. Kenya will play an international friendly against Iran on Mar. 28.
